As President and CEO of AECO Companies, he led Ohio’s first, and today its oldest, ESOP. Throughout his career, he has guided manufacturing businesses through growth, acquisitions, leadership succession, and operational improvement, while strengthening cultures of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee ownership. Lee has also served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards, advising on strategy, governance, succession planning, and long-term value creation. Having spent his career leading organizations, he understands firsthand the challenges of building leadership teams, increasing organizational capacity, and creating businesses that thrive beyond any one individual. Lee is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, and together they raised four children and are enjoying a growing number of grandchildren. Family, faith, and service continue to shape both his leadership philosophy and the relationships he builds.
